Oftentimes in our haste in converting face-to-face content to virtual learning, we mismatch the content with the wrong tools and methods. The outcomes are disastrous. For example, requiring participants to be in Zoom video, but there is no conversation going on or explaining equipment by showing instead of allowing participants to touch the equipment.
